How to remove spyware from system volume?

I scanned my pc for spyware using Ad-Aware and removed all the files (Internet Speed Monitor), but when I rescanned it, these files end up in system volume. How do I get rid of it?

How can I add annoying sites that keep popping up and are not being blocked by the popup blocker?
