How do I delete the spyware that is found by Yahoo! Anti-spyware?

How to delete spyware in XP?

Well my PC is infected by a spyware. I do know the name and path of the spyware. A process is also run by the spyware( i can see the process in the taskbar). When ever i try to end the process it stops for about 3 sec then it automatically starts again and if i try to delete it (the exe files of the spyware), windows says file cannot be deleted.

I hav tried using Macfee 10 (updated), Norton (Updated), System Mechanic 6 (updated) but no use.

How come at random websites I keep on getting virus protection pop ups?

I have McAfee virus protection plus “super anti spyware” program. I do the scan everyday, delete temp. internet files(cookies, etc.), clean my hard drive, and defragment it. I still get pop ups eventhough the pop up blocker is on, plus when these ads for a virus protection come up, they block pictures. Not to mention, I have two trojans to get rid of which are called Winfixer and Vundo..anyone know how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
