I’ve been trying to get onto AOL Instant Messenger, but everytime I try to load it tells me that my POPUP BLOCKER is enabled. I’ve tried turning my Norton off and enabling my YAHOO and GOOGLE toolbar POPUP BLOCKERS, but it still doesn’t work. Could I have another POPUP BLOCKER and not know? If so, where?

A little info: I have a TOSHIBA laptop that I purchased about 3yrs ago with WINDOWS XP installed. I also have both MSN Explorer and Internet Explorer my primary is Internet Explorer.

Does anyone have any advice for me?

I finally switched over to mozilla firefox from IE, how ever I still get pop-ups in IE windows while im using firefox. In an attempt to fix this I removed IE 7 (because i started getting pop-ups when i added it a week ago) and have set my IE internet options to full security, however pop-ups open under old IE format (IE 5 browser). I have also ran Ad-Aware 2007 scan and quarentined 36 “infections” . Through all this I still get the IE pop-ups and when i check the internet options my security is still on high, how ever my cookie settings are at accept all (despite me constantly switching it back to block all). I have yet to have any problems with Firefox, but i want IE to stop running, any suggestions? Spyware? Virus? Please offer suggestions?
