How can i delete spyware from my computer?

I have tryed many downloads trying to clean my pc up but it doesent seem to delete the spyware. I cant change my homepage and there is an X and ? in my lower right hang corner thats blinking..also a pop up in the lower right hand corner comes up saying warning! etc. HELP! Pleasee.
What i download finds things and deletes it..but it never seems to find what i need to be deleted wich is the spyware!
Is there anything i can do manualy myself without downloading something new?

How to delete malware? spyware? adware?

Why am all of a sudden getting X rated pop ups on my computer?

All of a sudden these pop ups have started & I don’t know why or how to get rid of them. They are showing up on my line only & not on the others who sign in on other lines on the same computer. I have not downloaded any programs. I have a virus carrier plus a popular high speed internet carrier who also carries virus protection. Who would I notify to stop this problem?

Why do I get pop ups from nationally recognized companies after being infected with spy ware or a virus?

Why would that make me want to frquent these companies? Do these companies know they help F-up my computer?
