Is it alright ro remove AVG anti-spyware and replace with Spybot?

i have this alert in my tool bar with an exclamation mark in a triangle and a mine like the one in minesweeper saying i have critical system errors. my computer is telling me i have spyware and trojan viruses and stuff. i bought spyware doctor and mcafee and installed both in my computer and they are finding nothing wrong with my computer at all. they are not finding it!! how can i remove this.?

also, sometimes when i cut on my computer and try to open internet explorer or windows media player, it says “internet explorer (or ) windows media player has encountered a problem and needs to close” and then i have to log off and sign on again for it to work.

I wish to report Adware.Zango Search for putting unauthorized program into my computer. How do I do it?
